Priority Real Estate Enters BLOGGING World!!
Finally, Priority Real Estate has entered the blogging world with this new blogspot. We will be placing our listings and news updates for your comments and review. Please keep comments appropriate suitable to be read by all ages.
Michele Karl and Melanie Sims are excited about the Real Estate market in the Great Smoky Mountains for 2010. We have seen and heard very positive feedback from the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Seymour, Kodak, Great Smoky Mountains and Knoxville areas. We are also seeing lot of inquiries on the popular Douglas Lake area of the counties.
We are taking new listings and have been busy this first month of the year with showings and writing offers.
Michele and Melanie do not believe the Real Estate market is dead. Michele Karl said when asked "as Realtors we just need to be a little more creative and dynamic with our marketing. I am getting more and more calls from buyers now that the Holidays are over and I believe the improvement in the weather gets clients thinking about the possibility of selling or buying. We are both looking forward to a great year in Real Estate sales for our sellers and buyers."
